I am a first-year PhD student in the School of Computer Science at CMU, advised by Prof. Mayank Goel and Prof. Justin Chan. My research focuses on machine learning for healthcare and mobile sensing. I am passionate about building learning systems designed for real-world deployment to improve individual lives.
Previously, I was a Research Intern at Microsoft Research, where I was mentored by Prof. Lili Qiu. Before joining CMU, I was a member of the Network & Mobile Systems Lab (NMSL) at KAIST, working under the guidance of Prof. Sung-Ju Lee. I earned my M.S. in Electrical Engineering from KAIST, and my B.S. in Computer Science from the same institution, graduating Summa Cum Laude and receiving the Honor (Winner of the Graduate of the Year).
